Senior Linebacker Zack Follett forced a fumble late in the game to set up California's game-winning touchdown, clinching their 24-17 victory over the Miami Hurricanes in the Emerald Bowl. Assisted by their homefield advantage and the outstanding play of Follett and RB Jahvid Best (186 yards, 2 TDs), the Cal Bears did just enough to notch their fourth straight bowl victory.
