Southern California put a positive finish on what has been a disappointing season for the Trojans with a 24-13 win over Boston College in the Emerald Bowl. The victory marked the Pac-10's first bowl victory of the season and salvaged a little respect coming off two straight bowl losses to the Mountain West.
